Cooking Classes in Salt Lake City, UT

Each carefully designed menu is a hands-on culinary journey with the chef teaching you about techniques and sharing tips that you can easily duplicate at home. The three-hour classes feature classic dishes utilizing fresh ingredients and flavorful spice blends, followed by a full meal. 


A Journey to India

Featuring classic Indian flavors, this class will take you into a world of the exotic without leaving town. Learn to make easy Indian favorites and a quick dessert to serve at your next party or get together. Dishes include: Chicken Coconut Korma, Aloo Gobhi, Saffron rice and Gulab Jamun for a delicious sampling of India. 

A Taste of India

Featuring an array of classics and modern dishes, this class is an exploration of Indian spices and how to use them. Dishes include: Vegetable Pakoras, Tandoori Chicken, Vegetable Korma, Basmati Rice and Mango Lassi. 

An Indian Feast

Celebrate in Indian fashion with a menu that would feature during one of the numerous holidays and festivals that include a variety of special foods. Dishes include: Chicken Pakoras, Paneer Tikka Masala, Yogurt Raita, Vegetable Biryani and Shahi Turka. 

An Exotic Indian Affair

For those that want to get adventurous with some of the most delicious and unique cuisine Indian has to offer. Menu includes: Chicken Tikka Masala, Bhindi Masala, Papads, Cumin Rice and Kesar Kulfi. 

These are group classes for 8 to 14 people. Cost is $60 per person for a 3 hour class. You can choose any day except Sunday. Time is 1 - 4 pm.

Minimum of 8 participants per class. If we do not have at least 8 participants / class we reserve the right to cancel with 48 hours’ advance notice. If your class is canceled or rescheduled you will be offered the opportunity to take part in the new class or you will be refunded in full.
