Saffron Kitchen - Empowerment through Food

Together with the Utah Refugee Training and Education Center, we are bringing to Salt Lake a culinary training kitchen that provides free culinary training to refugees and disadvantaged youth including paid internships and job placement help.

We are also excited to support programs that help kids learn about nutrition and wellbeing. We’ll keep posting our “Saffron Kitchen” updates on social media as we hit new milestones in creating a better future for all.

Social Responsibility

As a growing business, we believe we have a responsibility to positively impact the community in which we live. We have been blessed with enough that giving back and making a difference in the lives of the less fortunate is our privilege and our responsibility. The charitable spirit and culture of Saffron Valley is the guiding light to our efforts locally and globally. 

Saffron Valley is involved in our local community, working to help support food and hunger organizations, as well as underprivileged children, by donating time and money and teaching cooking classes along with supporting other charitable events and promotions throughout the year. Saffron Valley celebrates the enjoyment of good Indian food in a socially vibrant atmosphere, where Indians feel nostalgic and locals feel welcome. Our bustling dining destinations have revitalized the local community, providing a warm and inviting location where students, professionals, friends and families can enjoy great food and an infectious sense of community.

When customers eat at Saffron Valley or purchase one of our spice products, they support more than the restaurant. A portion of the profits from the restaurant go towards supporting local events and child sponsorships across the world.
